Meet Our Team
Turn The Page, LLC was founded by Rob Mann, LCSW and Debbie Mann. Rob and Debbie began their journey on the same path at Ramapo College in Mahwah, NJ, and together have over 30 years of post graduate clinical experience.
Both have worked extensively in the public and private sectors, and have provided ongoing therapeutic services to children and families; crisis response to schools, agencies, and organizations; as well as expert testimony in cases of custody dispute and child trauma. In addition, Rob and Debbie provide many workshops and seminars to organizations and trainings including the NJ State DYFS workers as consultants with Montclair State University as well as Rutgers University.

Debbie is a graduate of New York University and has a wide array of professional experiences. Her knowledge and experience in providing psychotherapy has been with adults, adolescents, and children.

In addition to psychotherapy, Debbie also has many years of experience providing trauma debriefing during times of critical incidents and serving as an expert witness for children.
Debbie's current focus is consulting for those looking to start programs or organization and writes and delivers trainings, workshops, and presentations. She is frequently sought to provide training and expertise to DCPP departments, school districts, agencies, attorneys, judges, and other professionals.
Abby Colen,

Abby Colen, LCSW
Abby is a graduate of Hunter College School of Social Work and has worked as a clinical social worker for over 20 years. Abby has worked with adults, children and families in various settings including group residences, community mental health settings, intensive outpatient programs, foster care agencies and in private practice.
Abby’s clinical focus has been helping her clients heal from traumatic events and also working with clients who struggle with relationship issues, anxiety and OCD.
Abby has also presented workshops and trainings about childhood trauma to resource parents and to professional mental health providers and oversaw a grant funded program to improve access and services to children and families who have experienced traumatic events. In addition, Abby enjoys supervising other therapists who are new to the field of social work and are working towards their licensure.

Rob is a graduate of Adelphi University and, at times, incorporates his martial arts knowledge into his clinical work in reference to the mind body connection. His knowledge and experience in providing psychotherapy has been with adults, adolescents, and children.
At this time, Rob’s particular clinical focus is with latency age children, adolescents, and adults. In addition to psychotherapy, Rob also has many years of experience providing trauma debriefing during times of critical incidents.
Rob also consults with those looking to start programs or organization and writes and delivers trainings, workshops, and presentations.
Sarina Lentini,

Sarina Lentini, LCSW, LCADC
Sarina is a graduate of Columbia University and has more than 10 years of social work experience. Sarina has worked with adults and children in settings such as schools, partial care, intensive outpatient, and outpatient facilities.
Sarina’s clinical focus has been working with clients with mental health needs and clients struggling with addiction. Sarina utilizes client-centered therapy to help empower and encourage her clients.
Sarina is big on advocacy, self-love, building positive relationships, and is presently working on her trauma certification and violence against women certification from Rutgers University.
