2021 Grief Resources

2021 January Comfort Zone at Home - This program serves children ages 7-17 (18 if still in high school) who have lost a parent, guardian, or sibling. It will include icebreaker games as well as a small group discussion about managing grief, coping skills and a memorial service.

· 2021 February Comfort Zone at Home Support Group – Winter can be a tough time navigating loss. Support groups offer a safe place to listen and share – the peer to peer connection we all need right now. Don’t go at it alone, register for CZC’s 4-week support group to gain some tools help navigate your journey.

· Dates: Thursday evenings: February 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th

· Time: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST

· Ages: 10-18 & a parent group
