Daniel Huy

Licensed Psychologist
Dan received his B.A. in psychology from the University of Maine in 2008, and subsequently, he obtained an M.A. and Psy.D, both in clinical psychology, from Marywood University. Throughout his training and post-licensure, he has experience providing psychotherapy to children, teens, and adults in a number of settings, including community mental health, outpatient, partial, and inpatient hospital, and private practice. He uses an integrative approach in therapy, which includes cognitive-behavioral and interpersonal orientations, and he has treated individuals who present with challenges related to anxiety, mood, trauma, ADHD, and autism. Currently, at Turn the Page, Dan provides psychotherapy to individual adults.
In addition to psychotherapy, Dan has provided consultation to students and members of the community to inform and educate groups regarding mental health and wellness. Clinically, he finished a two-year post-doctorate fellowship in the Boston, MA region, where he completed pediatric neuropsychological evaluations to assess for attentional, executive functioning, learning, and socio-emotional issues, as well as autism. He continues to evaluate children and adolescents for similar challenges to promote services and advocate for those in need.
Dan enjoys learning new things and pursuing new hobbies, and he regularly finds time to play sports, such as soccer, travel, and spend time with his wife and daughter.
